GREEN TEA
Ingredients: Camellia Sinensis var. Sinensis
Harvest: February 2017
Origin: Ning'Er, Yunnan, China
Tasting notes: green chestnuts, fruity sweetness, menthol
The tea is grown in the mountains of Simao and picked early. The name of the tea, "Cui Ming" - "Emerald", is suggestive of the green-white-silver appearance of the leaves, similar to raw emerald. It is a comforting, full-bodied, creamy-buttery, complex tea, without being overwhelming.
