Accessing, visiting, using the website and purchasing products and services presented on this website implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions. To avoid any misunderstandings, we recommend you read them before using the website and placing an order.

The information presented on this website is for educational purposes and should not be used to prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. It is provided for consumer assistance and does not substitute the advice of a doctor and/or other specialist.

ORDERS

Orders are placed by following these steps:

1. Search for the desired product. You can search for a product directly in the special search field in the upper right corner or by navigating through product categories directly from the menu displayed at the top by activating the Shop button.

 2. Add the desired products to your shopping cart by selecting the Add to cart button. You can add multiple products from different categories to your cart.

 3. When you have finished adding products, click the View Cart button in the upper right, or the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner. 

• Here you can review the list of selected products, update the quantity, or remove one or all selected products.

4. To continue, click the Checkout button.

5. If you don't have an account or saved personal data on the site, you now need to fill in your personal delivery details. Start with your email address and then select your Delivery method. You can choose to pick up your order from our workshop in Buftea by pressing the Pick up button. Or, by pressing the Ship button, you can request delivery to an address that you will fill in along with your Name, Surname, and Phone number.

6. Choose a delivery method and click the Continue to shipping button. 

• If you have entered a postcode near the workshop or any Kofi Ti warehouse or pick-up point, you will also be offered the free shipping option called Local Delivery, which means we will not use the services of a courier company. Instead, you will either come to the Kofi Ti workshop or warehouse near you, or a Kofi Ti representative will deliver the ordered products to you. Please indicate which of these two options you choose in the Delivery instructions field by writing "I pick up" or "You deliver". You will be contacted by a Kofi Ti representative to arrange the details.                                                                                

7. Click the Continue to payment button to choose your payment method. 

• Here you have the option to enter a discount code that will reduce your payment amount.

8. If you want an invoice for a legal entity, enter the company details now in the dedicated area called Billing address.                                                                

9. Then click Review order and, if necessary, make the final changes before clicking Complete order.

• Shortly after clicking this button, you will receive an email confirming the registration of your order.

Data Saving

After each order placed, delivery data is saved for future use. However, for a subsequent order, if you did not opt to create and save a customer account during the previous order, you will need to re-enter all your data. This way, we ensure that we always use the correct, current, and desired data by the customer.

Any person who initiates an order on the site is considered a client.

By completing the order, the client guarantees that all provided data is real and correct; otherwise, they will be responsible for the consequences arising from these errors.

Also, by completing the order, the client agrees to be contacted by a kofiti.ro representative via email / Facebook Messenger / SMS / phone for order confirmation or clarification.

An order completed with a kofiti.ro representative can be canceled by email at contact@kofiti.ro or by phone at 0765331103. The order will be canceled only if it has not been shipped. A confirmation email will be sent for this purpose.

PRICES

The displayed prices are in RON and include VAT (11% and 21%, respectively). Delivery and return fees, if applicable, are not included. The displayed prices are valid at the time of accessing the page where they are shown, kofiti.ro reserving the right to change them at any time, without prior notice or notification.
The client is obliged to provide all necessary information for issuing the invoice in accordance with current legislation.
The client has the option to choose one of the following payment methods:

• Advance payment via online banking 
• Cash payment: made upon delivery by cash on delivery based on supporting tax documents (tax receipt or tax invoice issued by PIKININI SRL or by the courier company).

DELIVERY 

Products are delivered by PIKININI SRL through its representatives or through a courier company, directly to the address specified by the client.

The cost of national transport is 20 RON by courier and 15 RON via EasyBox Sameday service.

Shipping is free for orders over 250 RON.

Order dispatch for in-stock products will be carried out within 1-3 working days from order confirmation, by email or phone. The order should reach you within 2-5 working days from the order confirmation date. This term may be modified by circumstances beyond our control, without exceeding a term of 15 working days, calculated from the date of order pickup.

The order will be shipped in packaging that ensures transport security. Responsibility for any damage caused during the transport of the product or package sent by us lies with the carrier in accordance with local legislation in force.

In case the product is not available, the client will be informed about this situation within a maximum of 2 working days from receiving the order.

COMPLAINT RESOLUTION PROCEDURE

Please communicate any dissatisfaction regarding accessing, using the website, placing an order, etc., either by phone, at 0741208034, or by email at contact@kofiti.ro. We will respond to the email address mentioned when you brought the dissatisfaction to our attention within a maximum of 3 working days.

RETURNS AND PRODUCT EXCHANGE

For reasons of food safety and hygiene, PIKININI SRL does not accept returns of products in the categories "Teas", "Cold Infusions" and "Artisanal Carbonated Beverages".

According to current legislation (Order 34/2014 supplemented by Law 51/2003 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts – art 12, point a) and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20.05.1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts – art 3, point (2), first paragraph), contracts for the supply of foodstuffs, beverages, or other goods intended for current consumption supplied to the consumer's home, residence, or workplace by regular distributors cannot be unilaterally revoked. Once products are received, they cannot be returned.

Products in the "Tea Accessories" category can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of placing the order, according to the provisions of OUG 34/2014. Products must be complete, in original packaging, free from any signs of wear or scratches. They must be packed to guarantee undamaged return to the supplier. If the products are damaged during transport, Pikinini SRL will not be able to replace the damaged products or refund the purchase price.

All fees related to product returns and money refunds will be borne by the client.

Product return methods: directly by the client or by fast courier – package without cash on delivery, which includes a copy of the invoice for the respective products and the bank account details for the refund.

Money refund method: bank transfer within 15 days of receiving the returned package.

HOSTING SERVICE QUALITY

The www.kofiti.ro website is hosted on third-party servers. PIKININI SRL cannot be held responsible for any errors that occur on the site, regardless of their cause, including site modifications, settings, or updates of programmed scripts. PIKININI SRL cannot be held responsible for errors that occur due to the use of certain browsers for visiting the www.kofiti.ro website.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy has been drawn up in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

PIKININI SRL assumes responsibility for the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data in accordance with GDPR requirements. The personal data transmitted by the client is managed safely and only for the specified purposes.

We process personal data obtained through the order form, based on the free and legally obtained consent of the client.

WHAT WE USE PERSONAL DATA FOR

Personal data received from the client (name, surname, residence or delivery address, telephone number, and email address) are used for:

· Confirming and delivering requested orders;
· Drafting invoices and declarations of conformity;
· Evaluating the products and services we provide;

When entering personal information for an order, you have the option to tick "Keep me updated with news and exclusive offers" and "I wish to receive text messages with news and offers". If you opt for this, your personal data (name, surname, phone number, and email address) will be used to inform you in the future about any Kofi Ti offers or news. At any time, you can opt out of these notifications and messages by selecting the "Unsubscribe" button in the email. 

HOW WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed at the company's headquarters. Its hosting and storage take place on Romanian territory in our electronic databases, accessible only to expressly authorized persons.
www.kofiti.ro has a strict policy regarding the confidentiality of customer data and undertakes not to transmit their personal data to third parties except as provided by law (with the exception of the courier company responsible for delivering orders placed on www.kofiti.ro).

For example, we may disclose information if justified to protect against fraud, defend our rights or property; or to comply with a legal obligation to respond to legitimate requests from authorities. Customer personal data will only be disclosed when we believe, in good faith, that we have an obligation to do so in accordance with the law.

HOW LONG WE STORE DATA

Customer information is stored for a period of time, in accordance with legal requirements. In their absence, we will store data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and products. Data deletion or anonymization is done based on a request sent to Pikinini SRL via email at contact@kofiti.ro.

If the client believes that any personal data we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, they have the option to request consultation, rectification, or deletion of this information. You can contact us in this regard via email at contact@kofiti.ro.

If the client wishes to complain about how we have handled their data, they can contact us via email at contact@kofiti.ro. We will investigate the complaint and cooperate with the client to resolve the issue.

PERSONAL DATA

The entire content of the www.kofiti.ro website is the property of PIKININI SRL and is protected according to copyright law and intellectual property rights laws. The use of any elements belonging to the www.kofiti.ro website without prior written agreement from PIKININI SRL is punishable according to current laws.

The visitor/client will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, reproduce, license, create derivative products, transfer, or sell any information or services obtained from or through this website.

COPYRIGHT

SC PIKININI SRL reserves the right to make changes at any time regarding the content of the www.kofiti.ro website, its policy, and the Terms and Conditions of use, without prior notification to users in this regard.

The user of the www.kofiti.ro website has the obligation to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of use. If they do not agree with the changes made by PIKININI SRL, they will cease using the site. If the user continues to use the site, it is considered that they agree with the changes made.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any other issue caused by the products and services presented on www.kofiti.ro and not already addressed by any article in this document, will be resolved amicably, within 30 working days from the date of written notification of the issues by the user. For order-related issues that do not seem to be resolvable with the person you are communicating with, you can contact Raluca Pasnicu for free conciliation at the email address raluca(at)kofiti.ro.

If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, jurisdiction falls to Romanian courts or an alternative dispute resolution body agreed upon by both parties. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of use of the www.kofiti.ro website, the client fully assumes the consequences arising from the use of the website under these conditions.
