The tea is picked from tea trees of the Shui Xian variety, an ancestral variety stubbornly bred by the village elders. The trees grow naturally in tea gardens dedicated exclusively to this variety. The oxidation level is medium. The tea lives up to its name with the aroma and sensation of honey (mi xiang).
