WHITE TEA
Ingredients: Camellia Taliensis var. Jing Gu Da Bai Cha
Harvest: Spring 2018
Origin: Jing Gu, Pu Er, Yunnan, China
Taste notes: honey, butter, menthol, hay
Processed from wild trees in the Jing Gu region, the leaves of this tea are oxidized in a controlled manner and then dried through an air tunnel. Technically, it is a raw tea. The appearance and taste of the tea is similar to white tea when fresh, but over time it develops a body and aromas closer to black tea.
