What could be better than a refreshing drink, served when the hot summer days seem to overwhelm you? If you are looking for classic summer flavors with a twist of exotic flavors, we have something special for you.
KOFI TI reinterprets the classic sauce recipe. Socata cu Zvâc offers the same dose of freshness with natural Romanian products - elderberry syrup, cassia vinegar and lavender - but which make the best team with cinchona bark (quinine tree) and cardamom.
SILVER SYRUP ANT STREAM
The story of KOFI TI elderberry begins with an elderberry syrup as all should be. The elderflowers, gathered by the villagers of Bunești in the first days of summer, are infused cold for three days in the workshop at Pârâul Furnicii by Sorin Neculae.
Produced at the Slatina Vinegar Factory, with a tradition since 1970, Cerbul Acru premium apricot vinegar is obtained through the slow process of natural fermentation, in wooden stills.
INGREDIENTS : filtered water, elderberry syrup from Pârâul Furnicii (water, elderflowers, sugar, lemon, acidifier: citric acid ), cinchona syrup (water, bark of the quinine tree, sugar, acidifier: citric acid), vinegar from Sour Deer wine and apricots, lavender, cardamom, carbon dioxide.
Contains natural quinine.
NOTE
The product is packed in boxes of 12 bottles. If possible and for logistical reasons, please order a multiple of 12 bottles. It's no problem if you mix the different types of drinks as long as the total is kept as a multiple of 12. Thank you!
